Flowers can be exchanged before cutting the stems. But sales is final after arrangement or delivery is made. Our flowers can last up to 7 days with proper care. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions provided by us.

Bella Floral Gifts reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel when a particular flower is out of stock or not in season. This is to ensure our customers special day is not ruined.
