Refund Policy
Flowers can be exchanged before cutting the stems.
But after arrangement or delivery sales are final.
Our flowers can last up to 7 days with proper care.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions provided by us.
All flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, Bella Floral Gifts reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel. We will do our utmost best to make the arrangement as close as possible to the advertised picture.
Please contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with any of our product.
Delivery Policy
We are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time, however, you may select a delivery time frame when completing your order and we will do our best to deliver your order within your preferred time frame.
We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home or at the proposed location to accept delivery.
In the event that no one is at the delivery location, the order will be returned to the store, and the sender or receiver will have the option of pickup or delivery with an additional charge.
